[:en]Understanding people is quite a complex challenge! The solution is to find an effective method that allows identifying the behavior style of each individual, their objective motivations and fears.

The behavioral profile is a reflection of one’s own style, psychological maturity and experience with their emotional qualities.

A problem that frequently arises in organizations is that employees and their leaders are unaware of their strengths and opportunities for improvement, which leads them to inappropriately focus their individual talents in different areas. In the professional, it would be possible to reinforce the aptitudes and abilities if they worked harder on self-knowledge in order to find with certainty the zone of genius of each person and achieve higher levels of performance.

On a personal level, if we fully understand our behavioral profile, we will be able to achieve better relationships with people, being more understanding and understanding that we all have different ways of acting and seeing the world.

Slow and emotional, are green, which translates into a serene profile.



The Rational and leisurely, are blue in color and are conscientious.

Each of them generates a value in a different way and this must be clear in favor of the qualities of each profile. It is of great value to remember that a good methodology can help us progress more than one another, favoring our self-perception and our environment.
